en سناریوهای آینده‌ی خانه در شرایط بیماری‌های فراگیر به روش جیمز دیتور مفهوم سازي نظريه پردازي در معماری و شهرسازی اسلامی Conceptualization of theorizing in Islamic architecture and urban ism پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">خانه، اولین و مهم‌ترین زیستگاه آدمی است. مکانی که همواره در طول بحران‌های بسیاری همچون حوادث طبیعی سرپناه انسان‌ها بوده‌ است. شیوع بیماری‌های همه‌گیر نیز نمونه‌ای از این بحران‌هاست. بحرانی که افراد را وادار می‌کند برای حفظ جان خود به امن‌ترین مکان، یعنی خانه-های خود پناه برند. آخرین و جدیدترین بیماری همه‌گیر، بیماری کووید-١٩ است که باعث قرنطینه خانگی برای حفظ سلامتی شده است. اکنون تقریباً تمامی کشورهای جهان درگیر بیماری جدید کووید-١٩ هستند و طبق گزارشات منتشر شده از سازمان بهداشت جهانی، از مهم‌ترین اقدامات پیشگیری از ابتلا به این بیماری می‌توان به &laquo;در خانه ماندن&raquo; و &laquo;فاصله‌گذاری اجتماعی&raquo; اشاره کرد؛ به‌طوری‌که در خانه ماندن تبدیل به یک چالش بزرگ جهانی شده است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The outbreak of Covid-19 has profoundly transformed people&#39;s lifestyles, with one of the most significant shifts being a return to the home. The house, which had gradually lost its central role in daily life due to modernity turning into little more than a dormitory as people spent most of their time in urban spaces was suddenly required to fulfill multiple functions. This shift sparked a societal awareness of the need to rethink the physical, functional, and conceptual aspects of housing in response to the pandemic.This study explores possible future scenarios for housing by examining the impact of Covid-19 on human health and living spaces. To achieve this, futurism was applied, and alternative metaphors serving as the foundation for scenario development were identified through the four layers of the Causal Layered Analysis (CLA) method. By integrating CLA with Scenario Writing, four distinct scenarios were formulated, following James Dator&#39;s framework: the best-case scenario, the worst-case scenario, an unchanged scenario, and an out-of-frame scenario.
