fa بازشناسی ارزش‌ها به منظور استفاده مجدد از میراث صنعتی شهر تبریز: مطالعه موردی کارخانه برق لامع مطالعات تطبیقی معماری و شهرسازی در حوزه فرهنگی ایران the comparative studies of Architecture and Urbanism in the realm of Cultural Iran مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">میراث صنعتی شاهدی از فرآیند مدرنسازی صنعتی و تعامل معماری وارداتی و صنعتی با هنر بومی و محلی است. حفاظت از آثار صنعتی نیازمند شناسایی ارزش‌های همهجانبه اثر در ارتباط با بستر و جامعه در گذشته و حال است تا زمینه لازم برای استفاده مجدد و پیشنهاد کاربری جدید فراهم شود. این پژوهش قصد دارد با روش استدلال منطقی تعاریف و ارزشهای میراث صنعتی را در منابع داخلی و جهانی جست و جو کند و پس از مطالعه موردی این ارزشها را در کارخانه برق لامع تبریز بازشناسی کند. بر مبنای ارزشهای اثر در ادامه سعی شده است برای کارخانه کاربری جدیدی پیشنهاد شود. به طور خلاصه، ارزشها در مقوله محیطی شامل موقعیت مرکزی کارخانه در محله، نزدیکی آن به مراکز خدمات شهری و ادغام آن با چشمانداز بازار تبریز است. علاوه بر این، جنبه‌های کالبدی و عملکردی کارخانه، از جمله زمین‌های وسیع و بخشهای تولیدی متنوع، اداری و فضای سبز، شایستگی‌های معماری قابل توجهی دارد. همچنین ارزشهای فنی و تولیدی کارخانه در چرخه عملیاتی، ماشینآلات و بخشهای کارگاهی آن شناسایی میشود که به قابلیتهای کارآفرینی در منطقهای کمک میکند. در نهایت، این کارخانه دارای ارزش تاریخی و زیبایی‌شناختی است که با اهمیت اجتماعی و فرهنگی منتسب به مالکیت تأثیرگذار و تولید کالاهای باکیفیت در ایران مرتبط است. در تلاش برای استفاده مجدد از کارخانه، بر تغییر کاربری برای تقویت کارآفرینی و تولید تأکید شده است. اقدامی که با توسعه پایدار و ارتقای شهری هماهنگ است و با حفظ اهمیت تاریخ صنعتی، سرزندگی را به محیط شهری تزریق می‌کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:BNazanin"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The Bargh-e-Lame Factory is a remnant of a collection of industrial artifacts that were established in the early modern period in Tabriz, forming part of the industrial architectural history of Tabriz and Iran. The impact of social changes, the demands of the time, and top-down policies to relocate factories from the city center to the outskirts led to the closure of this factory, similar to many other examples. However, preventing the destruction of such valuable structures and preserving them through adaptive reuse in a modern way, and based on current needs, can contribute to improving the quality of the urban environment and social life in the city. In the long run, it can have positive effects in terms of sustainability and development. In addition, considering the definition of industrial heritage as a branch of cultural heritage at the national and international levels, this research has been conducted based to understand the capacities of industrial heritage, specifically focusing on the factory in Tabriz. The aim of this research is to identify the different layers of architectural and functional aspects of this factory and reinterpret its values as industrial heritage.
