fa نقش قومیت در تعیین موقعیت و بازتولید سازماندهی فضایی مسکن مهاجران (نمونه موردی: شهرک گلشهر مشهد) شناسايي شكل زندگي مبتني بر سه مولفه کالبد، سبک زندگی و مفاهیم - معانی Identifying the way of life based on the three components of the body, lifestyle and concepts - meanings پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">قومیت یکی از ویژگی‌های فرهنگی مهاجران است که می‌تواند بر ساختار مسکن تاثیرگذار باشد. بطوری‌که؛ ساختار مسکن برای مهاجران به‌عنوان فضایی برای تقویت هویت جمعی و فردی، برآورده‌سازی نیازهای اساسی و حفظ ارتباط با ریشه‌های قومیتی آنها است. این درحالیست که مسکن مهاجران با قومیت‌های متفاوت، اغلب براساس فرهنگ اقوام در شهر میزبان (مقصد) یا نیازهای فیزیکی آنها است و با نیازهای واقعی مهاجران مطابقت ندارد. بنابراین تحلیل ساختار مسکن مهاجران پاسخ مناسبی به انطباق این خانه‌ها با نیازهای قومیتی آنها است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و بررسی تاثیر قومیت بر ساختار مسکن مهاجرین می‌باشد؛ و برای دستیابی به این هدف، محققان با انجام مطالعات میدانی در پی پاسخگویی به سوال &laquo; تاثیر قومیت مهاجران بر تعیین موقعیت و سازماندهی فضایی مسکن آنها چیست؟&raquo; هستند. جهت انجام تحقیق حاضر از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با رویکرد مقایسه‌ای و نتیجه‌گیری بر پایه استدلال منطقی، به شیوه استقرایی استفاده شده است. گردآوری داده‌ها به کمک دو تکنیک مطالعات اسنادی-کتابخانه‌ای و برداشت میدانی از طریق ابزارهای مشاهده، مصاحبه هدفمند، عکسبرداری و بررسی پلان‌ها انجام شده است. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که قومیت مهاجران باعث تغییر در فرهنگ، هویت و نیازهای آنها شده و بیشترین تحولات را در ساختار و موقعیت مسکن مهاجران شهرک گلشهر ایجاد کرده است. بازتولید سازماندهی فضایی در خانه مهاجران گویای ساختارهای متفاوت پلان، تغییرات در نحوه چیدمان فضایی از عمومی تا خصوصی، سازماندهی متفاوت نشیمن و پذیرایی، میزان فضای باز و بسته، چگونگی ایجاد محرمیت بصری، تعیین متفاوت مکان ساخت فضاهای مسکن و جانمایی مکانی متفاوت فضای پذیرایی از مهمان است که بیشترین ارتباط را با قومیت آنها دارد. همچنین با توجه به یافته‌ها چنین به نظر می‌رسد که میان قومیت و تعیین موقعیت مسکن رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد. چنانکه مهاجران، محله‌ای را برای سکونت برمی‌گزینند که بیشترین ارتباط را با هم‌قومی‌های خود داشته باشند.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Ethnicity is one of the cultural characteristics of immigrants that can affect the housing structure. As such; the housing structure for immigrants is a space to strengthen identity, meet basic needs, and maintain contact with their ethnic roots. Meanwhile, the housing of immigrants with different ethnicities is often based on the culture of the ethnicities in the host city and does not correspond to the real needs of immigrants. Therefore, analyzing the housing structure of immigrants is an appropriate response to adapting these houses to their ethnic needs. The aim of this research is to identify and examine the impact of ethnicity on the housing structure of immigrants, which is carried out using a descriptive-analytical method with a comparative approach and conclusions based on logical reasoning, in an inductive manner. Data collection was carried out using two techniques: documentary-library studies and field collection through observation tools, targeted interviews, photography, and plan review. The findings indicate that the ethnicity of immigrants has caused changes in their culture and needs, and has caused the most changes in the structure and location of the housing of immigrants in Golshahr neighborhood. The reproduction of spatial organization in the immigrant house shows different plan structures, changes in the way of arranging space from public to private, different organization of living and dining areas, the amount of open and closed space, how to create visual privacy, different determination of the location of housing spaces, and different location of the guest reception space, which is most related to their ethnicity. Also, according to the findings, it seems that there is a direct relationship between ethnicity and determining the location of housing.
