از یک طرف مدارس بسیاری در کشور وجود دارند که می‌توانند پذیرای نقش‌های مهمی در محله باشند که متأسفانه در نظام تربیتی رایج مورد بی‌توجهی قرارگرفته و اکثر اوقات بسته بوده و به‌صورت قلعه‌ای با دیوارهای بلند، ارتباطی با محله ندارند؛ از طرف دیگر طراحی یک ابزار سنجش مناسب و اعتبارسنجی آن از الزامات هر پژوهش است؛ لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی پیشنهادات معماری مدارس اجتماعی با استفاده از سندکاوی مدارک قبلی و مصاحبه‌های نیم ساختاریافته و غیررسمی با شرکت‌کنندگان (پاسخ به سؤال فرعی) و اعتبارسنجی پرسشنامه حاصل از آن (پاسخ به سؤال اصلی) است. مطالعه حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش گردآوری داده‌ها پیمایشی است که در سال 1401 با مشارکت دانش‌آموزان، معلمین و والدین در شهر جدید اندیشه و مناطق منتخب تهران انجام‌شده است. برای اعتباربخشی این پرسشنامه، در بخش روایی، از روایی محتوایی کمی (ضریب نسبی روایی محتوایی (CVR)) و روایی سازه‌ای (تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی) و در بخش پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید. ضریب نسبی روایی محتوایی (CVR) پرسشنامه اولیه با استفاده از نظرات 36 متخصص انجام‌شده که از 70 گویه، 64 گویه پذیرفته و 3 گویه نیز با نظر متخصصین به آن اضافه و پرسشنامه نهایی با 67 گویه طراحی گردید. پس از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 5 عامل پنهان شامل ویژگی‌های سازمانی با 22 گویه (مشارکتی، فرهنگی و همه‌جانبه نگری)، ویژگی‌ها و نیازهای انسانی با 17 گویه (نیازهای فیزیولوژیکی، روانی- اجتماعی و خوشایندی)، ویژگی‌های عملکردی با 13 گویه، تنوع‌پذیری با 10 گویه و تطبیق‌پذیری با 5 گویه شناسایی گردید. آلفای کرونباخ به‌دست‌آمده برای کل پرسشنامه 0.972 و برای همه عامل‌ها بالاتر از 0.753 بوده که نشان می‌دهد پرسشنامه پژوهش پایایی قابل‌ قبولی دارد. نتایج اعتبارسنجی نشان دادند که پرسشنامه پیشنهادات معماری مدارس اجتماعی، روایایی و پایایی قابل قبولی داشته و به‌عنوان یک مرجع نظرسنجی معتبر می‌تواند نقطه شروع مناسبی برای پژوهش‌های بیشتر باشد.
